Whole foods with probiotics
It’s really hard to get 5 or 6 servings a day of fruits and vegetables, our busy life styles make it very difficult. Whole foods are so much better than the single vitamin approach. And it has to be easy for me and my family or we won’t keep it up. I found a wonderful phytonutrient dense super food with the probiotics that are so important for our health. I like to stir it in juice for breakfast, a really good way to start the day, but when I’m on the road I take the pills.
